i only get "update was unsuccessful"

is anyone having a problem like mine? after tit paste in the root directory it reboots and doesn't install, it spends some time and reboots to normal. my version is v0,2

This version is slower and less stable as previous.

Same here - I copied the rom on sd card's root and went to settings -> about->wireless update - >local. It reboots, there is the green android and text "installing update". It stays this way for a couple of minutes, then restarts and nothing happens.. The "old" 5.1 rom
