An app installation bug.

One of my family members is a user of a Blackview A60 and recently, she encountered a bug that restricts her abilities to install an app on the Google Play Store. Whenever she starts the downloading process of any app, everything happens smoothly, but, at 100% it drops back down to 0% and starts the process anew. After the second downloading process has successfully ended, and the installation of the app starts, an error pops up stating "the app cannot be installed" even though the free memory space is 5.60 gb.

Also, there's another big that makes the phone not recognize the SanDisk memory card anymore.

The reason I'm the one posting the bugs and not her, is that she's bad with English and she believes you won't be looking into the problem on a weekend. In any case. I think it might she connected to the recent software update that was made. Or maybe it could be a problem on Google's side.
