Digital Wellbeing on Android 9

Hi board. 
Any idea why can I not install Google's Digital Wellbeing on BV9600Pro's Android 9?
Google Play states "device not compatible" but other Android 9 devices are fine with running it. 

My BV9600Pro is less than a month old.

Is your Google installation package updated? Because we checked it that we can use it.
