Automatic services start issue

Sun Mar 31, 2019 9:25 am

Whatsapp, Family locator, Outlook ... None of this APP are started automatically after system is booted ...so I am forced to start them manually otherwise I cannot receive notification/messages/email ..

I have tried to disable battery optimization but without success ...

Is it a problem of my phone configuration or is it a bug ?
Who have the same problem? Suggestion of how to solve it ?

Thanks
Marco

Same issue here, I've noticed this with Whatsapp and DS Cloud

Seems similar to this issue:

Maybe try to have a widget somewhere, to see if apps autostart? Hopefully if a fix is made for the 6800, there will be one for the 9600 as well...

Ok, I'm forwarding such issue to the tech team for a software fix.

It seems that with BV9600 we have the same problem, could you advise the tech team for a software fix ?
Thanks

Do you know if you have the same problem ?
How to check :
  1. Reboot your phone but don't start any APP.
  2. Then open Settings then Apps & notifications and search the application that should be run in background (like Whatsapp) and select it.
  3. You should have the Button "FORCE STOP" enabled if the APP is running, otherwise it is not and this is the bug.
Write here your findings here, more we will be with the same problem more possibility exist to obtain a patched Firmware ..

Thanks

If you use DURASPEED (it´s in Settings), you have to switch on each app there as well, to receive notifications..

I can confirm the same issue on my device. I did perform the Marco-66 procedure reaching the same results. No started app.
