People just came back to work after many days of holiday, so there is a lot of work to do!
...still nothing. How long is "little"?
I sent $192 for repair via PayPal (on account owned by DOKE COMMUNICATION(HK)LIMITED
) on Dec 29th, 2018.
I asked then for status of the repair three times via e-mail sent to Kelly on Jan 30th, Feb 6th, Feb 22nd, and today.
Before I sent money, Kelly used to respond next day after I wrote to her. After I sent the money she stopped responding at all. Doesn't it look like a fraud pattern? I understand the new year celebration in February might took a "little", but the phone should have been repaired and sent back some time before the Chinese New Year and there passed a lot of time after that to at least answer with the status of the repair.
Could you please ask somebody to check the issue?
