My BV 9500 is also rebooting randomly. I installed the latest update 20181026. Very annoying.

By checking the app you mentioned (Wim Hof Method) at the Play Store, noticed this (in the app information paragraph):

NOTE: The Extended Pack performs unpredictably on certain devices, including those made by Huawei, OnePlus and Blackview. This is due to their proprietary operating software. The pack may not download, or the app crashes and your phone reboots. In either of these cases you can contact support@wimhofmethod.com with the order number of your purchase to be refunded.

Thanks for the info! I had already uninstalled it. I'm waiting to see if I get any more random reboots now.

Hello.
Regarding my problem, I noticed that each startup (voluntary or not) of the phone, the phone is automatically in silent mode.
Hardware defect?

I too have noticed that. Sometimes it happens when when you take the phone off silent mode.

I happens always if you switch off your phone in silent mode.
PLEASE, stop going off topic. Here we are talking about the reboot issue.
