Thank you. The problem often occurs within minutes of being unlocked. And sometimes all alone. Yesterday it is blocked at the reception of a mails.

hello I also have the same problem he reboot, after reading a text message, I put in factory configuration several times without success. Thank you. Cordially.

My Blackview P2 used to do that, turned out it was a battery tracking app that was causing it.

After a factory reset and without installing any application the problem persists ...

issue has been tracked, tech team is aware of that.

I hope quickly.
My phone is almost unusable at times with a lot of reboot as a result.

If a factory reset doesn't solve your issue, neither flashing the stock firmware will. Tech team will release a software update for that.
