Roll Back/ data lose

Hello,
So received my BV9500pro and loved it. Only problem is whenever the phone restarts I lose any data after the first night ( texts/ apps/ settings). I thought it could have been the stuff I transferred from my old phone but it was only photos and apps. I looked at some other problems some people had with other phones and thought it was the SD card. Unmounted it and took it out to see if that would fix it. Still had the same issue so then I saw that a factory reset fixed a lot of other problems people had so I tried that. Only thing is I don't think that it works as I still have my Google account and password on the phone. I think it might be stuck in safe mode or something. It's wierd that I lose all data up to the first night. Also now having some issues with apps that come on the phone to were I have to restart it get them to work like phone and text app. If anyone has some suggestions it would be appreciated as I love the phone but can't trust it right now as I lose texts and apps like the basic daily does not work without restarting to begin the cycle all over again.

Hi there. Unfortunately your device looks faulty. I suggest to perform a factory reset and try again. If this can't solve your issues, please contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
