I have only Wi-Fi ON, no Bluetooth, GPS, Mobile Data with Duraspeed ON where I have enable only WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook to work in background. Energy Saver is ON. Bright at 20%. And however I not change my setup. I not understand why 4 days from 75% to 15% and now in less 24h with NO use, just 15 minutes max with apps and 34 minutes with a call, I get from 100% to 43%.


So I think the battery have some fault or AC not recharge well also if he tell 100%. I have see 'faster recharge' in my screen, not from begin, just when I have check a bit later.


Please perform a factory reset and report back

i dont know.. 
using original cable i got "charging slowly", 
but if i am using (even standard) micro usb cable with otg adapter to C, i got "charging rapidly"

I want to dig out this topic again:

What works:
- Fast charging for a specific time and percentage (between 10% - 80% at ~3.000 mAh, after that, 1000 mAh)
- With specific cables (Blackview original, Nylon cables, etc.)

What doesn't work
- Some original Blackview cables don't work at all, always very low charging speed (between -400 mAh and 200 mAh)

Can it be that these cables could've been damaged at some point?
At the beginning, it worked, but then out of sudden, didn't. Odd...

cables may be part of the issue, but is has been sent to tech team for a software fix

Issue has been sent to the tech team for a fix. They are working on it, but it will take some time. The fix will be released when ready ;) . No ETA at the moment.

Thak you Kiltednutter, I'm just changing the usb cable, and that solved the problem. With the original cable, the charging speed was 1% / 1 hour.

Hi Blackview, my name Goh i brought a BV 9500 Pro charging battery no problem. When i drop my BV 9500 pro less a one metre now cannot charge the battery.

Need your advice and assistance, Thks
