I am sorry to say this but it is an absolute disgrace that you're taking this long to fix the most basic function of your mobile phone.
For more then three month now, everyday someone's tells me they can't understand me, i regret putting my trust into your company and your product.
Sadly it's quite the hustle to send the phone back ...otherwise I would have done it months ago.
By now you definitely lost me as a future customer and obviously lots of others as no one will ever recommend your products with this kind of quality and problem solving.
Software updates will come, don't worry
