Hi, I bought a Blackview P10000 Pro and since a couple of weeks I couldn´t receive calls (every calls get re-directed to voice mail), a couple of days ago the problem extended to not be able to make calls.
I can correctly receive 4G data service from my company (Virgin Chile) and they inform me that the line is active but the problem remain.
As a final step I erase all information and re-install the system but the problem remains (I do accept the restore configuration that Google offer), what can I do?, if the problem persist the phone become useless for me and it´s still almost brand new (less than three months use).
