Encryption unsuccessful

Hi
I just receved my new factory sealed phone. i try to start it, and first thing that happends is: 



"emergency calls only
encryptin unsucsessful
encryption was interrupted and cant complete. as a result the data on your phone is no longer accessible. 
to resume using youre phone you need to perform a factory reset. when you set up your phone after the reset youll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backet up to youre google account"

i press the only availeble button "reset", the phone try to reset but after 1-2 minutes the same thing shows up again. what now?

Hi! can you please remove your sd card and try again pressing the button "reset"?
If this can't solve your issue, it means that your EMMC is gone. You'll have to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
