It is very important, can anyone try to run this please, it will help I think, please.

I can't live with this smartphone yet, because yesterday evening it was at 70% and tomorrow, when I used it, it was at 19%, this mean that if you sleep and use the phone anfter 9 hours the battery drains 61%!

6 months now, if you keep a Phone 2 years then we are talking about quarter of the phones working life blackview have crippled us with a faulty ROM and not so much as an apology! Just constant demands we stay patient, like we are been unreasonable wanting the phone to work as advertised! Can you imagine a large phone manufacturer acting this way? If they want to grow and become a big company then maybe they should act like one. Put out an apology and get your act together, we are paying customers.

sincerilly, i'm already regret to have order a new bv phone.
i need a ip68 phone that works fine and 6 months after the oreo release the main bug still not solved (neither a single try to solve the bug).
my +4 year old lumia 930, with a battery half as size and running beta builds never had so many bugs and the battery lasts longer.

we are your loyal custumers, but we can´t be with you (blackview) if you can't treat us fairly. if you want to stablish as a good (rugged phones) brand, stop releasing new phones every 3 months with tonnes of bugs and release less phones with a more stable ROM and give more support. thats the way, quality instead of quantity

Alep just downgrade your phone to December 2017 Android ROMS and everything will work without issues ;)

It will be much better for Blackview to issue the fixed and working OREO, to save its face. The front page of the official Blackview site shows the "Android 8.0" system for BV8000. Why wouldn't whey add the remark, that this 8.0 software is full of critical bugs? And the only answer Blackview could provide for six months is just "be patient".... No dates, nothing....

Yes, except for not having any security pathes released after the end of 2017.
I'm a software developer, see my projects if you're interested.

Is some, we want to know a date and if this update will fix:
1) the deep sleep problem
2) the high frequency of the CPU
3) minor bugs and issues
4) if this will be available via OTA and if you can install it simply with the system updater
5) if the firmware will work well without any factory reset or re-flashing.
Please ask this questions and I will wait serenely, but if only one of this "features" won't be available I have to backup 30GB of data and account and then I can flash a new firmware.
Please ask this questions if possible, thanks Admin!
And if it is possible can we have a percentage of the firmware's status?

1-3) Tech team has been informed of all the issues, but as you can see the development of such fixes is getting slower because of new phones' software to fix.

5) A factory reset from the recovery menu is ALWAYS reccommended after each update (OTA, flashed or local update), as it avoids strange issues and bugs.

So, when are they going to fix it? In a half year the BV8000 will be almost out of the date phone, and Blackview will probably issue a whole bunch of new ones by that moment. Will they still trying to fix the bugs for BV8000? I have a serious doubts about it.

I'm going to downgrade the firmware on my device, which ROM I have to choose exactly, if is the ROM of December 2017 which one I have to choose?
