failure under warranty

Hello, here is the video of the start of the failure, then it goes out completely and refuses the normal start and the forced start.
I managed once to turn it back on after a night of charging (the blue charging light is on 20 minutes after plugging in). so the next day the charge of the battery was complete, the phone is lit, I did a test antutu stress. after several standby, it starts again .... no longer lights regardless of the manipulations.
Who supports the service? the blackview brand or the seller?

Bonjour, voici la vidéo du départ de la panne, ensuite il s'éteint entièrement et refuse le démarrage normal et le démarrage forcé.
J'ai réussi une fois à le rallumer après une nuit de charge (le voyant bleu de chargement c'est allumé 20 minutes après l'avoir branché). donc le lendemain la charge de la batterie était complète, le téléphone c'est allumer, j'ai fait un test antutu stress. après plusieurs mise en veille, il a recommencer.... ne s'allume plus peu importe les manipulations.
Qui prend en charge le SAV ? la marque blackview ou le vendeur ?

The seller is the one who manages warranty terms and repairs/replacements under warranty. You'll have to contact him as soon as possibile. Have a nice day!
