No certificates are needed. Seller will replace your device with a new one ;)

Hi, 
 In Croatia is present saying "from your mouth to God's ears" (maybe translation is not perfect). I informed seller about steps he have to do. Now I wait for further instructions from seller. Thak you for your support.m your mouth to God's ears

Blackview doesn't manage warranty terms. In China, the seller is the one wich has to. You'll have to contact him.
