Good afternoon. I bought the phone BV9000. I did not work the phone app. Writes: In the application "phone" failed. I can't make calls! Only call the contacts on the SIM card. Please take action, and fix it in the update. And I can't hear... can speaker?

what is your firmware version?
you can try to enter the factory mode to reset your device.
