Hi there!
I suggest to go to a generic phone repair center, and let it's staff open your phone and charge the battery with an external power supply.

Tried to reboot but without results, sent to service for external recharging battery. Guys who work with a lot of different types of phones couldnt do anything with phone.
I hope Blackview will never make any more updates for their phones. This also happend with my first blackview phone BV6000 but was able to go back from Android 7 to Android 6.
I thought Blackview is really good company but now I am so so disapointed.
What to do with phone?? Send it back to Blackview? Ahhhhh, so dissapointed, so so....

I highly suggest you to contact another repair shop. Hooking an external charger directly into the battery is an easy task.

In this case you'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty. Unfortunately there's nothing more you can do.
