I have the same problem, which ROM version did you install first?

First I flashed it to 20171219, and then installed local update. But now, I DO NOT recommend you to upgrade on 8.0 - there is too much bugs in this software, especially with the battery drain. Wait for a next software release.

I also do not encourage to update to android 8, I had to do a downgrade because I could not get root access with android 8, since I need it to have free internet, and I will not sacrifice that just to have android 8 ..
