i bought BV8000 pro from aliexpress, and the seller region is from China. now its broke, and they tell me to return the phone ONLY using standard shipment (3 months) which is return shipment also 3 months (total 6 months = half year).
Im from Indonesia, and often go to Singapore to attend meeting, and my previous post (viewtopic.php?f=191&t=418767) i saw Blackview have a service center over there, but the building is under repair (or teared down), but my second searched, direct me to this web : https://blackview.smartwalkie.com/, which is based on Singapore.
now my questions :
1. is it your official service center?
2. if its not, then, where can i find it in Singapore? (the one that you mention in your web is not the recent one, i believe)
3. if its your official service center, will they accept any repairment from any seller (including any online shop)?
4. and what documents should i need to get the warranty?
