My name is Ilya and I am really happy to use BV6000s for almost half of year. After it had proved to be reliable phone I started my retail business in selling Blackview IP68 smartphones (BV6000s, BV6000, BV7000 pro) from Aliexpress, Desoon and Twinbuys. All was ok until the BV8000 pro has come out. I have ordered 7 pieces from Twinbuys and 2 pieces from Desoon. Unfortunately, there were found lots of software bugs in 3 pieces:
- 1st has long list of problems - the fingerprint sensor doesn't work, the sound rattles from the back loudspeaker, the time doesn't synchronize between the home screen and the high menu, camera sometimes works without auto focus, Google Playmarket has deleted itself and many other little problems;
- 2nd doesn't recharge while it is power on, only while it is off, when the Bluetooth is on, Wi-Fi and Lte both get off;
- 3rd reboots every several minutes and often freezes.
Video from the 3rd one (Desoon) I've send to Iris Liu (Desoon), videos from 1st and 2nd are attached in Aliexpress disputes with the Twinbuys shop.
Me and my customers both are strongly disappointed with quality of the BV8000 pro. During these software problems are being actual lots of negative feedbacks are written. I have large values of retailing Blackview (nearly 5-6 thousand dollars per month) and these problems decrease my business reputation, decrease the reputation of Desoon and Twinbuys through lots of disputes and decrease the reputation of Blackview HK generally through negative feedbacks and review at large online services such as 4pda, for example.
I sincerely hope that you will be able to make some software solutions as soon as possible.
PS: update to the last ROM and factory reset both didn't help
