BV 8000 Pro Problems

I just received my BV8000 pro on Friday. So far phone the phone has been alright. Bluetooth connectivity seems quite poor, constantly disconnecting in vehicle and at home. Android pay does not work. Connected to both my Freedom Mobile and Fido accounts. Once again I had to manually enter in the proper APN values to get Data and MMS to work. Will update as I use phone more.

We will update a flash rom soon to fix the android pay problem.

Hello! I have bought blackview bv8000 from official store and have some issues to discuss:

1. Camera. In default setting it blur the photo. Any settings I applied didn't help me. It worse even like 8Mpx
2. NFC doesn't work. At all
3. When the smartphone is under the sun the image on screen become too much saturated and contrasted. How can I switch this feature off?
4. A lot of features that are not translated into Russian.
5. And the last update make the smartphone non-working.

Hi,

every topic that i create is not visible here :evil:

After using BV6000 i have now the BV8000pro since yesterday.

The notification LED brightness is too low, unusable at daylight. Is there a way to increase the brightness?

Hello,
I agree about the Bluetooth problem.
I now have the BV8000 since 2 days. All is perfect except the Bluetooth connectivity.
The devices are recognized (Tom Tom GPS or Pokémon Go plus for instance), but the BV8000 can't succed to successfully connect (connection failure)...

I also have problems with the bluetooth connectivity. Connected to my Parrot Asteroid tablet, my Blackview 8000 pro doesn't hear me speaking while calling. You may start to think that the problem's origin is from the Parrot Asteroid tablet. But when this one is connected to other smartphone, no problems occurs. It works fine. Then the problem is from the Blackview 8000 pro. And this problem occurs only when connected bluetooth.

Hello. I have the same problem:
-When the smartphone is under the sun the image on screen become too much saturated and contrasted(!!!),
-Not the first time triggered the touch button back,
-NFC doesn't work,
-Terrible quality of photos.
