[SOLVED] BV8000 PRO screen problems

I bought on Gearbest the new BV8000 PRO and the phone worked fine ... for two days!
Then the screen suddenly began to flicker and become dark in the lower 2/3 of the screen, with so many horizontal limbs as seen in the attached photo (I did a video but I could not attach it).
This happens suddenly, without a precise pattern, with apps like facebook or going on the internet with the browser. The same thing happened with the phone warming up a lot during charging, from the HOME screen to the other screens.
In addition, there are two strange things: by connecting it to the PC the phone is recognized as a BV7000 PRO and the serial number is 0123456789ABCDEF which is usually given to test or preset specimens.
Precisely that the phone, for the two days that I used, never fell, did not bump, nor was it put into the water or under any other stress test, but has always been safe in my pocket jacket.
Can you help me with my problem?

An update: flickering and black screen problems increase as phone temperature rises, either for intense use or because it is charging ...
Can someone help me? Because so the phone is useless and I need it.

If you are affected by this problem of heat related screen dropouts please contact your seller to exchange the phone.

Only if you don't receive help from your seller please write us here with all data of your order (seller, date, order number, ...) - we will try to help.

I am courious: Why do bv6000 users have to repair their phones by themselves or have to live with failures and bv8000 pro users get a new phone? blackview_admin: could you please answer my question?

Hi
I just unpacked my brand new BV8000 PRO and had the same screen problems.
I found out that after a certain level of detail (video memory required) the error starts happening:

I did a simple experiment: put a paper on a textile material and move the phone:

The video, that was recorded by the BV8000 itself, nicely plays back after uploading it to a desktop computer.

The youtube link above shows the symptom as the I saw it on the screen. This may due to a series of bad video memory integrated into these phones or a general design issue or a software bug.

Please, Blackview fix our phones by upgrading the software or do change it to a functioning ones.

I went on debugging the screen issue.
Previously I have seen that the black blinking arises at certain level of detail.
I installed Vysor chrome app and there the view was correct:

Are you Blackview guys aware of any known hardware or software defect that I can fix myself without sending back the phone?
