You (blackview) keep saying that the microphone problem is a hardware issue, and to seek a replacement or repair with the seller.
If I get a replacement phone, will it have the same problem, or have the phones with the problem been recalled?
Please give a real answer. I say this, because at times you say the microphone issue is hardware related, and then others you suggest a firmware upgrade or factory reset.

If you are affected by this issue of changed microphones connection please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience. (Only) if you don't receive help by the seller please contact us with all your buying details (shop, date, order-number, ...).
