Hi, i recent bought a Blackview BV7000 pro this year (June2017)from Gearbest and after a week use the screen flicker sometimes when i change to Camera or Photo Galery
what can i do? who should i talk to? pls help...

Please update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if this solved your issue.

i was update to latest firmware, this solve problem flickering on 3 weeks. And now screen flickering again.

I will report this as new issue. Please try if a wipe/factory reset help.

I've tried it and the result is worse than ever, please help and give me solution.
I think blackview is a professional company. definitely have a solution on this issue

Sorry, if flashing to the latest firmware* + factory reset does not help contact your seller for exchange the device.

*If your Phone was original delivered with android 6 it's 20170717
If your Phone was original delivered with android 7 it's 20170712
