Touch problem

Tue Dec 12, 2017 6:28 pm

Hi,
1st. I bought a P2 device from Tinydeal and it came without sim card tray.
2nd. The touchscreen is not enough sensitive all over the phone. The bigger problem is if I'd like to write a message the "y" or if I change "z" is not working on the screen. How can I solve this problem?
Thanks

Hi zoli70,

both of the issues sound like you received a badly repaired or defective device. I suggest you return it to the dealer.
You could additionally try a test mode where you can test your screen following a previous post: http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=171&t=329921#p595307. Just look for the screen tests there.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. I did the screen test and the result was sad. You see in the pictures.

Hello zoli70,

thank you very much for the pictures. Indeed this shows that your device is defective. I feel sorry that you got disappointed.

Hope you get the refund from Tinydeal.
