Touch problem

Hi,
1st. I bought a P2 device from Tinydeal and it came without sim card tray.
2nd. The touchscreen is not enough sensitive all over the phone. The bigger problem is if I'd like to write a message the "y" or if I change "z" is not working on the screen. How can I solve this problem?

Hi zoli70,

both of the issues sound like you received a badly repaired or defective device. I suggest you return it to the dealer.
You could additionally try a test mode where you can test your screen following a previous post: http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=171&t=329921#p595307. Just look for the screen tests there.

Thanks for the answer. I did the screen test and the result was sad. You see in the pictures.
