Wifi/usb tethering problem

I have problem with usb/wifi tetheting.This funcionality doesn' t work.Can someone help me ,please?Thank you

Install the proper drivers on your PC for usb/wifi tethering

OR

Enable WIFI tethering, reboot phone whilst connected to PC.

Same problem with Vodafone in Spain. Have you solve it?
