then it is 7.1.2. The developers have a good hardware development opportunities. But they clearly do not have time to develop software. Not enough resources to release a patch eliminating a malfunction. To talk about the release of a new Android for users with a budget model clearly nothing. Important new changes to bring to the end user over the air, without any additional utilities.
