Hello, Please Adim i wrote for support to my phone bv6000
and till now no i dont see my post, it' s not published.

so one reply and no post ...why ?

i write here again. i need help ....or ... to know what to do with it.

BV6000, MTK6755 V_01_20150120 Dead.

Hi All, Good morning,
I have problem with my BV6000, i tried to make the firmware upgrade, with SP TOOL software, but i received an error during the process.
Now the phone is dead. Black screeen.

Now when i connect the phone to the pc (windows 7) it continue to make sound, "plugged/unplugged", every 3,4,5 seconds....and it's not possibile
to do anything. the USB cable i'm using it the white original one.
i tried to connect again to SPTOOL, to check..to do something but it's not possible cause this plug/unplug...like if i remove cable every 3,4,5 seconds.
I can't turn on it.

As i read in Forum, somewhere, here..I tried to open it and i removed "cable" of battery for 24 hours, they suggested to do this operation to try to solve, but it not works.

Please someone from forum or Blackview support can help me? the phone has just 2 month and i like it,
My reason of this my updating operation was, cause the clock on phone sometime is different from the real time, it hanged.. and i cannot
trust in alarm-clock, so i tried to do, to solve it.

I wait for ur gentle reply,

Also an assistant shop in Milan, Italy i'll accept with very pleasure. Anything to wake up my phone again. it's new. :(

This topic is not about your phone. At you BV6000 and here discuss BV6000S.These are different phones with different firmware.And you here viewforum.php?f=144
