Hello everyone, my patience is over. After many months of forgetting on the part of the Blackview team, my R7 is going to a drawer (I am ashamed to sell it, since it is a mobile without support) and I take my old cell phone and start looking for a new one (of course it will not be Blackview).
Good luck to all of you who are still waiting for a reaction from the Blackview team (hopefully this will happen).

Thank you very much, but that's not the problem. Although they have sometimes answered in this forum (very rarely and without contributing anything), it must be assumed that they have abandoned R7 support.
In any case, the easiest way to contact them should be their official forum on their website, do not you think?
I do not have an account on Facebook, I will not create it and I think that contacting them through that channel would not help.
