Bv6000 No network/ 3g/4g connection

Hi. Please i need help.
I live in italy, i have a bv6000 from 6 months and everything was ok. But from three days my phone has continually problems connecting to the network. It no longer finds the signal or loses it continuously. I can not call, i can not connect to the 3g / 4g , or maybe for one minute but immediatly losing the signal. The strange thing is that sometimes the display indicates that there is network, but it still fails to connect
I've already tried updating the firmware and making a hard reset from the recovery mode unsuccessfully.
My brother has a BV6000 and works well with my sim card, 4g at full speed, so the problem is my phone.

Sounds like a hardware issue. maybe the connection to the antenna is lost.

You can
1) contact your seller for help over warranty
2) open and repair by your own (watch teardown video) or
3) ask for help at a local mobile repair store.
