I don't know how many times I have to repeat the same:

The seller AE Smartphone Center (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/2025030) wrote:

"Dear friend
We only fix it in the first 3 month
Then we only fix the software in one year
And we do not fix man made damage
But u can send us a video to YouTobe and share us the link.
https://www.youtube.com/
We can help u to find the problem of the phone
If we can not help u
Hope u can find a repair store to fix it
Laura
"

The Order Number:
79755326393216

I have already ordered new battery and front panel by myself and paid for them (I was trying to solve the problem since March, 8th - now the phone is useless and I lost faith in support from both seller and manufacturer - there is apparently NO WARRANTY). You may contact the shop seriously or not - it's too late. I'll never buy Blackview product again. The seller is blacklisted too.

Since a week or two my battery was getting weaker and weaker. Now I noticed that the back is raised. I've ordered a new battery. Happy that I noticed in time.... Not sure if a BV6000 can explode because of this!

I've changed my tired battery today but the back of the phone was normal (flat).
I notice that android 7 is less good than android 6 for the battery life in this phone.
