My phone is working fine after OTA upgrade. Didn't make a factory reset yet.

Re: New Android Oreo firmware found on 4PDA (TESTING)

Just have finished OTA installation - everything went fine, phone is working. Fingerprint problem is NOT fixed - at least, it vibrates every time I touch scanner with wrong finger.

Re: New OTA Updated launched?

I am wondering, how come the issue date is 03.19, and we are only getting it now. I am also wondering, if this OTA works for the old Oreo crappy ROM and if the majority of peoples who use that shit, will get it fixed. Blackview Admin, what do you think about it?

Re: New OTA Updated launched?

Yes, I've also received it. But honestly, I'm a little bit not confident to install it or not, because almost everything is working perfect. Of course, I'm going to try, maybe it fix the fingerprint problem, which is really fucks me up.....

Re: New Android Oreo firmware found on 4PDA (TESTING)

Hi everybody,

Wow! Yesterday I have received the thirst wireless local upgrade notice for my new ROM (from 4PDA). It is 142 Mb, and says it fix some minor bugs, system optimization  and some GPS problems. Has anyone tried to install it?

Try to read this sub-forum. There is enough information right on the first page.

Use the ROM version 2018091418 for 8.0. Looks like the most bugs are fixed. It doesn't make any sense to go back to the 7.0. IMHO.

Dont exist. ONLY version 20180627

Re: New Android Oreo firmware found on 4PDA (TESTING)

Anyone know any way to root and install TWRP, SueprSu and Magisk to this new firmware, which one should I install the biggest or the smaller? Shortly it will come a novelty that I can not reveal yet, I found some way to improve the Bv8000 pro. According to the 4PDA, there is NO difference in bigger...
