My bankingapp (sparkasse/ a german banking app) runs without any problems

Dear, I bought my BV7000 Pro a month ago and yesterday the upper half of the screen stop to work! The smartphone just recognise my touch in a little area on the screen. I dont habe this Problem. Maybe you habe activated background auto clean memory?

No matter how long it takes, i want a good image without issues without testkey , so take your time and deliver a good image. But yeah i also want to know Ehen wie can expect it.
