Sure, performs these steps:

1) Try your SD cards on another device, to check if they are faulty

2) Put your SD cards in another BV8000 slot

2) Update your device to the latest firmware (20171011 at least), perform a factory reset and check your SD cards again.

Thanks for your detailed post and videos. From what i see, it looks like an hardware fault of the loudspeaker . You can contact your seller to get a replacement or, if you are handy, get a replacement speaker from Aliexpress and replace it by yourself: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/8000-pro-Origin...

Tech team is aware of the fact that the posted solutions don't fix the bluetooth issue for some users. We are still investigating.
