Please try the following after switching on:
- Skip sim card
- Agree with Google Terms (disable services you do not want)
and VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT give a name for the phone, just keep clicking !!
and then just continue ...... two or three clicks later it's done!

Do you have this issue in every situation?
Is GPS and Location service turned on and are you outside of buildings?

good afternoon! the same problem, but also the problem with bluetooth, also weakly catches.and taking into account the common antenna there is no difference to connect to 2.4 Hz or 5, everywhere bad reception. bluetooth - headphones lose connection with the phone if you close your phone in your poc...

Guys, can you please perform a little test?

Please check if the CPUspy app reports a correct deep sleep state or not, depending on adding or not such app to the background task clear white list.

If the manufacturer still does not know those phones that had problems with deep sleep on firmwares until 20171219, then the problem of non-transition to sleep on the firmware 20180803 is back, reset to factory settings does not help in any way, phones sleep only on firmwares 20171219,20171227,2018...
