Unfortunately didn't manage to get Flash Tool to work, but succeeded with flashing partition by partition using fastboot.
Do you guys also have the middle button (home) glowing in yellow?

I try to flash this ROM using MediaTek SP Flash Tool v5.1728.00, but I keep getting the following error:

Storage type mismatch!

This two problems can be seen as similar, either way our phones are vulnerable – security pathes are as important as not having a backdoor in the firmware. Release of the source code needed for custom ROMs

Is there a possibility for Blackview to release the source code needed to develop custom ROMs, such as LineageOS?
Updates of stock software are often delayed and buggy (especially not-so-recent Oreo update), the security bugs also aren't taken seriously.
