I got notification that update is available yesterday (so some may need more patience) . The update was downloaded but couldn't install. The screen with [Update now]/[Update later] buttons was disappearing few seconds after tapping [Update now] and nothing happened. The install package was still do...

Battery capacity

Hi,
The AIDA program shows a battery capacity of 9000 mAh and the manufacturer advertises that the BV9500Pro phone has a 10000 mAh battery.
Do you also have the same indications?

I have a problem with one SIM card.
The phone does not want to connect to the Orange network. The range icon and the exclamation mark disappear as shown in the following video. What to do? What could this be?
