A factory reset after each update is highly recommended, practically mandatory to avoid strange issues. A firmware update, if your phone works as it should, isn't mandatory by the way ;) I guess that you haven't performed a factory reset after the latest update, right? My phone does crash every now...

Just intalled the new OTA update. Now it seems that "Background task clear" can't be turned off anymore. Although it's switched to "Off", all background tasks are terminated as soon as the phone goes to sleep mode. No WhatsApp, no 3D parallax wallpapers, no push notifications, n...

But i guess the problem could be the power button. The manual says that: "press and hold the power button could force reboot". So if the phone is in my pocket i guess that this button could pressed long enough by moving that this could effect the force reboot of the pghone by this button....
