Review after 8 months use

I have decided to leave my bv6000 and move on.. The issues were just too much in the end. The speaker was just too quiet to hear the ringtones or SMS tones. I missed so so many calls over the months. I have bought a letv s3 626 for half the price of the bv6000 and it is 5x better phone! I'm sad to s...

Re: lagging to load -bv6000

I suggest using Evie launcher.. it allows you to have apps and desktop how you like, has no adverts and is very small and fast.

Re: Where can I buy spare loudspeaker and earspeaker?

you could also try "mtk engineering mode start" app and try reducing the maximum volume. It sounds better but you cannot use the speaker in handsfree mode or listen to music without a headphone.

So im guessing this is the last truly stable version where everything wo...

Re: Update BV6000 build 20161011

I see this is an old post. I wouldnt recommend updating beyond 20161011. Everything works on this build. This was the only build I found that works great with everything. I still have issues with my speaker been too quiet but i feel this is a hardware issue anyway. "Dont try and fix something i...

Re: Low volume of the ringtone speaker

you can also try download the app on playstore, "MTK engineering Mode Start"
from here you can adjust the speaker volume limits. try tweaking it a little higher.
My speaker is also crap. I have to use vibrate for calls or I dont hear it

Re: 3000 BV6000 users will get Android 7.0 OTA update on Dec.24th

Chinese brand phone makers are notorious for giving false promises, weird details and vague information and answers to questions. I dont assume anything. But they did say repeatedly that the current rollout to 3000 users was a pre-release stage, and then once feedback in gotten and more work done (m...
